We were upgraded because we booked with Expedia. We had an ocean view room. Staff is amazing and so helpful. My only 2 complaints is the AC in our room was FREEZING and I couldn’t turn it up or off and also more activities at night. After dinner there is nothing to do but otherwise everything was great. Thanks all!!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Everything is middle of the road at this resort. Don’t have high expectations and you will be fine. If you expect above average anything, you will be disappointed. The good: The coffee shop, the Spa, the pool bartenders and the young towel lady. Most of all the guest services manager when needed was what saved the trip. Needs immediate work: All food by the pool and room service menu needs to be overhauled. It’s very limited and blah. Overall, would not stay at this resort again. To many employee errors, sanitation issues, and overall lack of value for the money. You can find a better option. Thank you.

The rooms aren't as clean as they used to be. They need to change the definition of "all-inclusive"... that’s how it used to be, but now if you order room service, they charge $6. dlls. We’ve stayed at GR Solaris eight times, but this was our last visit.

I am only given 1500 word max. Resort clean and beautiful. The food lack freshness and temperature was cold. Food seemed premade and reheated and sauced up when ordered. We opted out of family concierge when asked if we wanted to upgrade. Didn’t seem hard to navigate by myself and book reservations. Didn’t try upgraded experience at restaurant due to fear of bad quality. Opted out of Bali beds again fear of bad food. That’s $250. 24hr ice cream and coffee cafe was great! The staff was nice and great! Medical staff on site was great and came in handy when my son became ill. I booked resort because of brand and name and the food I had was underwhelming. Was going to book Sal Steak but it’s adults only and I didn’t want to leave my son. He could also enjoy the steak menu too. I think that needs to change. Egg stations only where I ate for breakfast for hotter fresher meal. Lunch buffets had hard and inedible proteins. No good protein avail in inclusive. Never been to a resort where a steak not included. I’ve been to many small and large resorts and this resort left me dissatisfied with my vacation and choice.
