“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. However, the water in the overwater villas was dirty and covered in a lot of algae, so you can't swim directly into the sea from your room.”

“Incredible experience. Best resort in Los Cabos hands down. 5 Stars all around (Staff,food/drinks, and entertainment). We felt very safe during our stay. Jonatan helped us check in very smoothly”

“Todo excelente !! Pense que no nos iria muy bien cuando leia los reviews pero es todo lo contrario. Solo precaución con los tours de la compañía dentro del hotel porque no explican bien por tal de vender y esto no es correcto … Les falta un poco de profesionalismo referente al trato.”
