「We didn't stay here & I've requested a full refund. Getting into the house was super easy with the instructions sent to me. Once we got there & went inside the house was very dirty. Toilet, shower, kitchen were filthy. Bed was unmade & no clean sheets to be found. All towels were dirty. We swept the floor while looking for cleaning supplies, there were none. No toilet paper or paper towels. Tried calling the number listed & no answer, finally got a response to my message stating they'd send...

「This is beautiful place.It was our thirteenth times visiting Barcelo Maya Resort.I strongly recommend this place for everyone that like good vacation,good service i very friendly people.」

「This was our third time going to this hotel. Unfortunately, we will not be going back again as I got sick and spent 3 days out of my 6 days in bed on vacation. I’m pretty sure it was from the bar and grill outside the pool. I had vomiting, diarrhea, with horrible abdominal cramps. I ate oysters and shrimp and my daughter ate a burger luckily. Be careful eating at the bar and grill not sure how often temperatures are regulated.」

「It was hard trying to connect with the owner. Otherwise when we got there the place was decent and had a great ocean view. The downfall was the music stayed outrageously loud and all night long. The check in was really easy but would need to find a quieter place. 」
