“This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)”

“Room was fantastic! Staff was so friendly and helpful with everything! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Gorgeous! Included bfast was great and relaxed in the beautiful courtyard. Location was perfect for sights and walking to amazing dinners. Will be back!! ”
