「The hotel facility and all of waiter is super friendly and awesome great but the employee in souvenir store looks angry and impatience when we buy the plate of spoon. Also meet the problem when our friend want to enter the entrance to pick up us. 」

Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great.
