Try to make reservations for the restaurant when first day I came. And find all the restaurants in hotel are not available except the buffet. and for the rest 4 days of my stay, i can only ate buffet, which is so bad. They also make a mistake on the room.i came with my friend, we booked a 2 beds room, but there is only 1 king size bed room left. Was Told that was the last room they have. So we have to sleep on one bed.

What a wonderful resort to stay at! Went on a short 4 day trip & it could not have been better…staff were fantastic always willing to please. We were a group of 4 mature ladies 2 different rooms they both were on the lagoon side of the resort. Great food & entertainment every meal & evening….no drama everything went smoothly. Nice size resort we felt safe & respected staff were hard working great amenities on the property. We had a private shuttle to & from the resort they were profession & on time. Price was reasonable for the value we received. Thank you to the staff at GR Solaris Spa. Joanne from Canada!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, perfect for both adults and kids. The staff was great! For the price it was great. Staying with my kiddos the food was fine, but way under par for other all inclusive resorts that I've stayed at. The buffet was small and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants were just meh. But like I said, staying there with my 2 kids they wanted to buffet every night LOL

The food was okay—not the best, but not terrible either. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice that the waitstaff seemed more attentive to white American guests, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and unfortunately had issues with noise the entire time. I had two different sets of neighbors during my stay, and both were very loud at night. It made it difficult to fall asleep—I wasn’t able to rest until around 1 a.m. each night. This really affected my overall experience. To many kids at this hotel

If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills getaway with a pool, beach, and all-inclusive setup, this place fits the bill. It’s budget-friendly and conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport, but the experience reflects the price. The hotel itself feels dated and has a noticeable mold odor in some areas. There’s little to no daily entertainment, and amenities fall short—beach chairs and umbrellas were limited, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. On the plus side, they offer a good selection of tours and vendors, which we appreciated, as well as a paid optional shuttle service. We stayed in an oceanfront room with a beautiful view and balcony, which was a highlight. However, the room had several issues: the shower drained extremely slowly, making it difficult to take longer showers, and the toilet didn’t work upon arrival. It took a full day to fix because the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us. Dining was another downside. The buffet is small, often overcrowded, and typically had wait times of 25+ minutes. The menu remained the same every day, with limited variety and underwhelming quality, which led us to eat off-property frequently. Overall, this is a place I’d only consider as a last resort. There’s definite potential, but it needs significant improvements. I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

My overall experience at the hotel was very good in many aspects. The room was clean and well maintained, and I would like to sincerely thank Oscar from the housekeeping team for his excellent work and attention to detail. He made sure everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared throughout my stay. I would also like to recognize Alan, the restaurant manager at Club Solaris, for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests. He ensured everything ran smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The chef at Club Solaris also did an excellent job preparing the food, which was consistently delicious, well presented, and made with great care. In addition, Polina from the front office was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She always assisted with a positive attitude and made the check-in and overall experience much smoother. However, I did face an issue with my booking due to Spirit Airlines changing my flight dates. My flight on April 21 was cancelled and moved to April 13, which caused me financial loss as I had already paid for an extra night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer a refund for the unused night, even though the change was caused by the airline and not by me. Another issue was the noise in the room. The connecting door made it easy to hear loud talking and laughter from the next room, which disturbed my rest. The property is beautiful, some Portuguese guests think it is only for them very rude taking over our chair space and insisting we open our umbrella and the pizza making person very rude to guests, she did not want to serve me for some reason. I left 2 days ahead of time because of the unpleasant people, but Solaris is a beautiful hotel.

The resort was great for the few days we were there. Nice beach, clean, great snack bar and the foam pool party was fun even when the wind kept blowing the foam out of the pool. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the food, it was ok but not as good as previous resorts I’ve stayed at.
