Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Just back from a week all inclusive and this hotel is fab. It caters for all ages (adults only of course) so it can be as lively or quiet as you want. The place is spotless and well maintained. The entertainment team are absolutely brilliant day and night which was the biggest highlight for us. The hotel is not too far from the shopping mall if you want to venture out for a wander about. Restaurants within are great - menus are scaled down but it works. Our room was an Oceanview corner suite on the 12th floor. It was fab and the view was just awesome. My only gripe being on the 12th floor is the lifts are a bit slow. I’d have no hesitations about going back to this hotel"

"The hotel doesn’t offer all inclusive so our stay end up more expensive compared to one hotel that I booked which is all inclusive. Amenities are not available like pool close @8pm, when you said buffet no matter what time or how many times as long as it’s in the time limit of 6am-11am the server shouldn’t charge it as it’s included as complimentary when we booked."

"We did not like this resort. There are only two different restaurants other than the buffet. It is difficult to get a same day reservation even though they say no problem before 4pm. We tried at 1pm. We got tired of the buffet! The staff at the buffet is good! There is no option for food outside. You have to be fully clothed to eat anything which is not ideal at a beach resort when you are swimming. The resort is more geared toward Mexican people than Americans. The music, activities, etc. They almost solely speak Spanish. I speak Spanish but still not ideal service for Americans. There is no swim up bar or infinity pool. The room option 2X2 connecting rooms is a good option with teens. Definitely no nigh life at this hotel or many teens. It was hard to get more than two towels per room. For prospective we usually stay at a RIU and are always happy! We won't deviate from RIU again."

"This place was AMAZING! Staff was super friendly! We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra two days. When we got here they upgraded our room at no charge! Our room stayed immaculate. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the view was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t take discover card, and the ATM did not work so myself and another guest had to walk about 6mins away to use the ATM. But that’s minor. The food in LaYoya could have been better also, just looked like green vomit with a piece of salmon on top. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"My recent stay at Sunscape Cancun exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, the entire experience was exceptional. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety, great quality, and something for everyone. Every meal was enjoyable, whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick snack throughout the day. The amenities were excellent and always well-maintained. There was never a shortage of activities, relaxation areas, or entertainment options to enjoy. The resort itself was clean, beautiful, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Manaaged to network and meet great peiple My room was also outstanding—clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-kept throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after enjoying everything the resort had to offer. Overall, I had an incredible time at Sunscape Cancun and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and stress-free vacation. As it is a family resort, youll hear children talking loud and just being kids whichbis expected Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back"
