“Sadly, we paid for 2 rooms, 2 queen beds in both rooms.. upon arrival we found out they didn't honor the request even though they made amends by putting a single bed in the one room... And comped up at the Italian restaurant... Which sadly, cost add'lt $... Staff overall is wonderful, like to shout out for Vincente and Gustavo who always made sure we were happy with everything!.... It's true, resort is dated but still nice .. food was average, BBQ ribs were delicious!. And there was a DJ for……

“We had a Jr.suite with 2 bathrooms, living room, bedroom, kitchenette and 2 balconies with ocean, AC, view with all amenities we needed. Puerto Nuevo could take a look at Bajamar to see how a good hotel is managed! Everything was beautiful. Atv Puerto Nuevo we were not even offered an upgrade.”

“This resort was perfect for peace and quite. You can't really go on the beach because the waves are so dangerous but I enjoyed relaxing pool side with ocean view and heating the waves crashing ashore. Daniela was very attentive at the pool I want to give a special thanks to her. I hope she is recognized by management.”
