「Honeymoon from hell.... broken shower, broken hot tub, room service never got our order correct, app did not function properly, and staff kept coming in amd out of the room so i got no sleep. Beds were hard and very small. Husband and i ended up sleeping in separate beds on our honeymoon because they were so small. Air conditioning did not work in the kitchen/dining room/den area but weather was nice so we survived. Buffet was not open on the weekends.」

「The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Didn't have to fight for pool chairs. Only complaint is random fees slapped on daily which we were not informed about before hand.」
