The buffet options were plentiful and very good. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables/salads. The desserts were some of the I have ever eaten. The beaches and swimming areas around the resort were lovely with plenty of seating.

Inconvieniences.. - Timeshare staff constantly on the prowel, asking each one of our guests. - They categorize you by conor band, so that the timeshare staff will know who you booked with and how to approach you to try to set up an appointment/ sales meeting by offering "free" stuff. - Pool - Closed, - Beach - seasonal seaweed, unfortunately. - Bartenders need training. - basic drinks were not drinkable and or overly syrupy and or just cheap quality alcohol used. - Butffet food was pretty good.

We would stay at Mia again, no doubt! The beach is beautiful. Hotel is very safe and clean! The food wasn't the best, but it was walking distance from delicious spots!

The bird poop wasnt cleaned up, around the villas area. The seaweed wasnt cleaned up. The villas were old, shower leaked onto bathroom floor causing puddles and no vent in the bathroom. The balcony had bird poop all over it on the furniture and floor and was never cleaned up. They door on the balcony was very difficult to open. The villas were clean on the inside but very dated and poorly maintained. The reason I come back is because of the beach. The workers are wonderful and food is good.

I love the beach. The sand and gentle waves create a relaxing atmosphere for families, where kids can play while parents unwind. Finding food for picky eaters can be challenging. I didn’t like the breakfast lunch of dinner. Seems like they use the same oil for everything. I hate the fact that they charge you 150$ American dollar for a day bed. We just swam across n got one for 50$. Plastics cups dirty n smelly for the beer. It smelled horrible in the chairs right by the beach. Dnt get fooled . Pictures look nice but that’s not the case. Disappointed

Property was clean, staff was helpful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear next door and hallways like they are in your room with you. Rooms are out dated bed was hard. View was great and it’s right in ocean so that’s awesome

El baño no tiene buenas buenas condiciones, se ve viejo, las instalaciones parecen improvisadas, las paredes y la puerta del baño son de cristal, no cierra bien, hay una ranura por donde se puede ver a través. El lavabo estaba roto. Los canceles del baño no cierran bien y están percudidos y sucios. Los pisos muy gastados y maltratados. El costo es muy alto por la habitación que es muy corriente. Parece la habitación de un hotel de paso. El mobiliario es de mala calidad. Las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se escucha lo de las otras habitaciones. Los camastros de la playa los desinfectan con cloro y no se lo quitan, se nos echó a perder un traje de baño como consecuencia de esta situación. La comida muy bien.

This property needs a huge change if they want to stay in business, from the moment I arrived the staff was more focused on selling a memebership than helping with our check in process and luggage assitance, facility is dirty , bad smell room was bad with mold and stains in the walls. The food at the Buffett was horrrible with few options I didn’t feel safe trying so I had to go out and dine in local restaurants, the pool didn’t look clean and the drinks at the bar were also bad and service not the best , pls don’t stay at this place your vacation will be ruined

The location is excellent, this resort is located in Playa Norte, a prime location. Our room was located in the north end within a few feet from the king's pool. We stayed in the villas. The room was okay, it did not have the microwave as listed in the description, which was a disappointment because we had a baby who drinks warm milk. The villa was small and it had nothing special for an upgrade, it is just a room with balcony. The food is not good, for the price, this resort needs to re-think how to strategize a way to offer better food. The specialty restaurants offer the same food, which is basic and absolutely not worth the price tag this resort charges for night. Drinks are so cheaply made to say the least. I understand this resort is in a prime location but they should put some effort into investing in their structures. The pool was was run down, and closed down for almost four days during our stay. The pool was not needed but it makes the resort look like a 2 start resort. The service was okay for the most part, it seems that they do invest in training their employees. Our first impression of the customer service was 1 out of ten with ten being the highest. We arrived at the front desk, and were greeted by the time share staff, not a positive experience. The staff at the front desk are absolutely not friendly and the staff at restaurant ignored us the first day. We sat there and nobody offered us a drink. This was improved, which was a plus. Overall, 5.5 out of 10.
