THE BAD: Seaweed on the beach and water was awful and smelled so foul! Beach/Ocean time was supposed to be a major part of our trip and the poor condition of the beach/ocean was NOT advertised. Resort convenience store was EXTREMELY expensive for normal items like medicine, etc. THE GOOD: Food was mostly great with options. Drinks were decent..if you like diet coke with your alcohol it tasted very odd. Lots of pools with space but were too cold in my opinion. Rooms nice and clean. Beds were average/good.

Food: Room service is better than average. Burgers were good and hot. Its only open until 1030 pm. The buffet is really good. The a la carte restaurants were not as good as the buffet. We had Spanish and Caribbean. The apps at the Caribbean were much better than the mains. The apps were tiny at the Spanish. The mains were good. If you come for an experience or an upclass dining experience, you will be disappointed. No hibachi or anything like that. Beach: abysmal. The staff works all day to clear the sargassum but, it is all in the water. The beach is only a few feet wide and unswimmable. Rooms: we got a ground level, ocean front, corner suite. The room was spacious with a king bed and huge tub. The outside area was the star of the room. We had a chair and sectional couch on the side of the room. In fromt of the room we had a couch, a table and chairs, then we had a bed to lay on. These had a wonderful ocean view right in front. Entertainment: They had quite a bit of activity at the pool. Karoake was at the lobby bar on most days. The white party was not what we thought it was going to be. It was someone up singing on stage. The foam party was fun and rambunctious. Yoo bad they only have 2x per week. Staff: The staff was womderful. They were always there to help and fill your glasses. Be warned that check-in and check-out are very slow. Also, time share people will hound you. Just tell them no.

This resort was amazingg! Located 20 minutes from Cancun in Puertos Morelos but in a very secure area! Gated entry so very safe! The people were amazing and beyond friendly can’t wait to come back! Food was so good and my room was always cleaned! Private beach not the best clear water I recommend going to the hotel zone and being in that water!

They brought this to my room for my son’s 1st birthday 🥹🩵

We had certain issues after we checked in with our room and extra bed . Shift supervisor “Roberto” was not helpful at all and was very rude which made our first night horrible. We made the reservation for two adults and three children and he asked us to sleep on two queen beds. This guy knows nothing about hospitality or safety measures ! Next day I spoke to Janet who went out of her way to make our stay a better one . She was very understanding and was always checking on us after this nightmare on the first night . I can’t thank her more for rescuing our vacation . Big thanks also to Enrique at Mexican restaurant and Augusto from room service. This hotel need more people like Janet who knows how to make a difference !

The beach is full of seaweed so if you care about the beach this isn’t the property for you but of course that isn’t the hotels fault. The pools were fantastic and we also had a swim up room which was also great. We got drinks served to our swim up room as well. We did get into every restaurant there, sometimes we had to go on a wait list and sometimes we didn’t have to wait at all. We never had any trouble getting a chair at the pool which was awesome. Mini bar in the room could be better as it was only stalked with two beers a day. Sometimes we asked for more and we got it. Sometimes we didn’t. You can order room service to your room which is also fantastic.

Beautiful property! We had a great time. Lots of families and kids at this resort. The beach is very very small, no one was ever on it. There are some chairs and beds available, but you can’t walk the beach and we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed. The food was great, definitely recommend the Caribbean and the Italian. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a relaxing family vacation if you like to be poolside!

Resort is nice, food is good, plenty of pop up food stations during the day. 3 Swim up bars and other bars for refreshment. Area for younger kids is very nice. A couple of pool activities for older teens. Beach is close but I would not swim in the water, they do have nice huts to relax on. Walk out swim rooms, are not directly walk out but do have a large area to hang out. We did loose power and water due to weather but it did come back the same night.
