Great hotel with awesome staff. The property is clean and very well maintained. The only downside was the elevator—one was under construction, leaving just one working, and the stairway was hard to find.

We had a fabulous stay,our room exceeded our expectations.The family sized corner suite was spacious, immaculately presented & well serviced.
The location is perfectly situated close to the BTS and malls.i would recommend staying here for a family.

The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. All staff could understand English. The included breakfast was outstanding and really helpful for our large group to meet every morning.
The location is fantastic with a bridge to the train station and many shops & massage options within walking distance. The pool has a great view and nice seating for cocktails or lunch ( maybe heat the water a little bit more!) overall a nice place for a family

This place was AMAZING!! Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Plus it is in a great area of Bangkok. Not crowded like much of the rest of Bangkok. The staff was great and the hotel itself was top notch. I wish I stayed longer.
