No room available

Booking made and paid for a week prior but when I arrived the hotel was in darkness. The member of staff said they don’t take bookings from hotels.com. and no room offered as it’s the end of the season (September). So I had to leave and find somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We booked this hotel as a last minute booking due to a cancellation on our existing booking with another hotel and stayed for 3 nights. Could not have asked for a better stay. Deborah and her husband were a dynamic-duo offering such wonderful insight into the local area. Incredible food, hearty portions and the room was truly beautiful. So well presented, warm and cosy! Lovely bathroom and the products were such a treat.
