“Staff are always welcoming and exceptional clean rooms - Excellent hotel stay”

“Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. The rooms can be very cold and my radiator didn't seem to work. Additionally, this wasnt helped by the fact the shower only seemed to get warm not hot. “Room was bigger than normal, clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK.”

“The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly.”

“All round a very pleasant stay.”

“Lovely and very clean place. We were taken care by owner very well. Lovely lady ❤️”

“Excellent WiFi. Peaceful location”

“The property was clean and well kept, our lodging was well maintained, comfortable and pleasant to see. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as possible. Overall Very pleased with the experience”

However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room……
