Selangor Kid friendly Holidays

Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

Great staff and the check in was fast and fuss free. Great being next to shopping mall with lots of food options.

Great location for a KL airport stopover. The buggy service to the hotel was very efficient; the hotel staff very welcoming and the room was large and comfortable. Great ‘tourist bar’ were we had excellent service and generous portions of wine! Would certainly recommend.

Loved how clean the hotel is and have nice details.they put chocolate in your pillows every night. I couldnt find the spa though and the hours were not so friendly with the schedule I had

Male staff at reception has a bad attitude. Went to check in at the reception and he doesn't even acknowledge us when we stood in front of his counter. Gave him our passports and he just took our passports without saying anything and began typing on his computer for a long time. After receiving our keys, nobody offered to help with our luggages either. We have to carry our luggages up the first flight of stairs before there is a lift to the room. The reception continued to stare at his computer even though there was no other guests at the lobby. Apart from this, the rooms are ok. Parking onsite is free.
