The rooms are clean and it's pretty good value for the money. 5 star hotel rating is a bit generous considering the amenities are not that superb, and staff range from very friendly and helpful to a bit confused.The area is fairly central which is nice. Elevators are slow, especially to the pool, but it's not the biggest deal. Speaking of the pool, it's cool but rather crowded.

The location is okay in the center of the city with a lot of restaurants nearby, using Grab for transportation is easy in this area. The property is old, staff are nice and welcoming, breakfast is limited. Pool was okay. Room is spacious with kitchen. There is washing machines and drying machines at first floor with acceptable price. Overall it was a good experience but very basic very far from luxury.

Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options.
Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. We will be back again and recommending to friends.
