Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.

Room was actually great size. I think because of the shape of the building I had a comfortable lounge space plus bed and then some of extra room.
Bathroom needed updating. Shower pressure wasn’t so good. And bring ear plugs as noise from city street isn’t blocked out too well.
But overall I enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable, carried breakfast.
Used the concierge services and they were excellent nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel in lovely position for all the amenities of Darling Harbour which has many varied restaurants and access to water taxis which take you to all the main areas.
