Always a wonderful experience for us. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Room is comfortable well equipped,and spotlessly clean. Breakfast server attentive and some good breakfast choices.

Hotel is excellent. They have a shuttle that runs on schedule to get you to Kyoto station and from Kyoto station back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Restaurant has a souvenir shop, bar, restaurant, gym, spa service. A definite stay if you’re looking to be in Kyoto and travel sometimes to Osaka. Price is decent too. Hotel staff are well trained and go over and beyond for hotel guests. Will definitely be coming back

in true Japanese character, the hotel was in perfect form from both the staff engagement to the facilities. This is not even taking consideration of the location being significantly convenient being above the train station which in itself for Western standards is well above our expectations.

It was amazing. We also swam at their nearby property, the Rambutan Hotel. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was great, and so was the massage (optional, with extra charge). Very centrally-located. Loved it and definitely recommend! I really hope we can visit it again someday.
