The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water.
Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes).
Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing.
Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.

Overall, the hotel is excellent except that the shower does not function very well. Water pressure is low, and it takes quite a long time to have hot water after turning on the tap. Another plus side, the breakfast is delicious.
