We stayed at the Palazzo for two nights while attending a show at the Sphere and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport and a quick walk to the Sphere. The property offers an impressive selection of 54 restaurants, making it easy to find something for every taste without ever leaving the resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming. We would definitely stay here again for future trips to Las Vegas.

Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room. Concierge desk at the towers lied that they don't have newspapers and when I saw a pile of them on the left side of the doors, I was told not to take it, since its only for the guests from the towers. I offered to pay but they said NO. Usually hotels deliver papers to your room for free but not this one. If you need help use bell men. They really made my stay so much better at this hotel.

Overall, we love the hotel. We have stayed several times and usually enjoy it. This time they closed the fitness center and moved it. It was cramped and crowded all four days. I could not get to the weights or treadmills. There was not a place to stretch out either. The spa is also closed for remodeling. I trust it will be open next time . As usual, the servers at the pool are scarce and inattentive. Kudos to the housekeeping team and bell men and women

I only had hot water they came to fix it and it still did not work.

The option to have breakfast brought to the room was an added bonus, which helped save time in the morning. Everything was great.
