We were greeted with warm aloha spirit and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The location of the resort is simply unbeatable, right across from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the vibrant energy of Waikiki. our room was modern and comfortable with a balcony view that provided a stunning view of the sunset over the Pacific. HIghly recommended!

Walk to beach.The room has poor sound insulation and you can hear the voices from the next room. The cleaning staff do a good job when tipped, but are rather perfunctory when not. I found ants on the bed and reported it to the front desk, but no one came to change the sheets.

"The hotel is in an excellent location where restaurants and beaches are near by. However one of the three elevators was broken down for the three days we stayed there. That makes waiting for the elevators takes a long time."
