The property definitely had the benefit of its location. It was right by the train station and the Richmond night market. This made it easier to go around with or without a car. The pool was a nice touch; our kids really enjoyed it. However, I wished that the house keeping services would have been better. The body wash was empty, but we were already in the shower so that was very much a hassle. The next day shampoo was empty so it was frustrating then.

The hotel was centrally located that enabled us to walk to gas town, the harbor, and to Stanley Park. We would book this hotel if we visit Vancouver again.

Check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful. We loved the location in Davie Village with so many restaurants and businesses within in easy walking distance. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had a great water view!

Excellent hotel, room was nice, updated and very clean! Enjoyed the restaurant, "Frankie's" for dinner.

Wedgewood staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, observant and very pleasant - absolutely the best! The hotel has old-world environment: Polished dark wood and fireplaces in the lobby and lounge. Our room was exceptionally clean and well furnished with modern amenities. We highly recommend.

It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water.

Housekeeping cleaned our room, but left the door open when they left. Luckily, nothing was missing. We ordered a drink at the rooftop bar, but when the sun went down we took the drink to the lobby bar. We were told that "outside" drinks were not allowed. When I indicated that the drink was a hotel beverage, the hostess didn't seem to care. Considering it's a $25 cocktail, she refused to have it sent to our room. POOR service in my opinion
