The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

The few nights we was there the elevator was not working we had to take the stairs 7fleer . The room don’t smell good. The keys didn’t work that well.

Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience.

Hugo's rental is so accommodating with check-in and check out times. The communication is excellent. It is close to everything! Gracias
