「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The room was very nice decorated, but it had roaches. Especially below the refrigerator. The last night one roach was in our bed. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Also the bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. My rating is -0.」

「We booked a suite for a wedding we attended on the resort. The rooms were super clean, the kitchenette was fully stocked with kitchen needs (plates, cups, utensils), very private, the staff was amazing, kind, helpful, and responsive. Food and drinks were incredible.」
