Andes Pet-friendly Holidays

Location: <1 min walk to time square Parking: $99/ night, right next to the hotel Staff: friendly and patience Breakfast: $24/ person, many choices, very busy but organized Rooms: clean and beds are comfortable It’s a good hotel in general compared to other hotels in NYC.

This is my preferred hotel during my trips to New York. It’s clean, safe and has a very pleasant atmosfere. The area on the second floor, which has snacks, cold and hot drinks available at all hours of the day, is a delightful place to read book.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

The suites are wonderful very clean and spacious. In our group we had 3 rooms. The rooms had very small trash cans which can be sort of annoying. One room had the snacks missing upon entry. So I hope I don’t get charged for them. The line to speak with a hotel agent was super long and when I spoke with housekeeping or anyone about an issue it took hours for them to respond. Also, another room in the party had a shower that backed up. Luckily we are all family so they showered in another room. They sent someone to drain it and they shot draino in it but it didn’t work. The last room was chillen though. Also, food and snacks highly expensive. I guess that comes with the territory of location but 6.00 for a can of soda is crazy to me

Check in staff wasn’t pleasant. Toilet kept running water until you fixed the handle each use and the bathroom sink hot water tap was stripped and was near impossible to turn off
