The staff was superb, the room spotless, the spa was excellent and Alejandra in the Spa was superb. You can tell this resort treats there people well, they all are superb. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tubs are actually hot, rare. Will be back

1. Bathroom had mould. 2. Almost impossible to make dinner reservations or get larger pesos changed to smaller pesos. 3. Hot foods, not always hot. 4. Staff excellent.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was so kind and accommodating. Food was fantastic. We found that there was little to no wait if we went right when the specialty restaurants opened. If we went later, there was a wait, but not terrible. They would give you a buzzer and you could go do whatever until it buzzed. Drinks were great! Great dessert choices, especially at the coffee shop for those late night cravings. We found that if you were down by the pools by 10am you could usually find chairs. After that, it becomes harder to find, but if you ask a staff member they will help you out! There was a good mix of ages of people while we were there. We loved the theme parties that we went to at the Caribe! It's definitely an experience! Our room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean, every day! We would definitely come back to this resort! It was a great vibe!

Very clean resort, friendly, food was good, beautiful beach. Only issue was with Expedia who stated we would have a balcony and we did not have one. Resort would not let us upgrade to one either. This makes me leery of booking with Expedia in the future.
