「The loveliest boutique hotel in Tulum! The room was modern and spacious, but what really sets Ma’xanab apart from the rest is the service. Before we had even arrived, the concierges were reaching out via WhatsApp to offer assistance planning our trip. They helped us book transportation, excisions, and massages. 「Leí diferentes opiniones,pero en lo personal el hotel fue bueno, no es muy moderno,pero para mi fue muy comodo junto con su alberca. Pero los cenotes me encantaron,ignoro porque dicen que parece un balneario, será por la cantidad de gente que va, pero tienen mucho personal que esta cuidando los cenotes y eso me gusta. Lo que pueden hacer es llegar desde que abren y disfrutar desde temprano.」

「No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. 」

「Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return」

「Hotel muy tranquilo. Lo único que no me gustó que el desayuno estuvo muy light, sin opciones para cambiar una bebida por otra y el mesero no te ofrece refill de café. Nos tocó café frío y muy cargado. El precio fue alto en relación a lo que incluye」

「This gem of a place is absolutely heaven. It was above and beyond our expectations. The place is beautiful, right on the water with the perfect view and vibe. The food is unbelievable and the staff is incredible, they all made us feel so welcomed and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back.」
