「Staff are unfriendly in all areas of resort. From check in staff to servers to room cleaners. I will never book at this resort again. Food is below average, they keep serving what looks like left over dishes.」

「We had a delicious breakfast each day at the Maya Beach Buffet, with exceptional service from Sylvia and Yarela, on the outside patio. We had memorable meals at different à la cartes, all of which were great and fun to try. We took part in activities at the Caribe pool in the day and had great lunches at the grills by the beach. We loved being on the beach and at the adults only pool and had no trouble finding loungers each day. Can’t wait to return!」

「Hola, viajamos en familia con una bebé de un año y nuestra experiencia en esta propiedad fue muy positiva. Consideramos que es una excelente opción para familias, ya que las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y las instalaciones se mantienen en muy buenas condiciones y siempre limpias. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció bastante buena. Aunque el buffet podría tener un poco más de variedad, la calidad de los alimentos es buena y cumple muy bien. Además, los shows y actividades están muy bien...

「No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance 」

「We only saw turtles when we went out of the resort and paid for the guides. The food from the buffet and room service gave us a tummy ache everyday unfortunately. The drinks were okay, there was not a lot to do to be honest. We had a decent time though and the staff was always there to help.」
