「We had a lovely time at Barcelo Maya Palace! Highlights were the beach and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. The French and Mexican restaurants were our favorites. 「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「The resort is very nice, huge area with big pools, very nice kids water park, my kids had a lot of fun there. Very nice and clean hotel, not only hotel the whole territory was always clean. The only thing I didn’t like is a food, the hotel should have more food available for smaller kids, more steamed vegetables, some soft meat for kids, mashed potatoes. But in general our vacation was very good, we enjoyed out stay there, 」
