Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Angela was helpful from the beginning. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything and had everything we needed. It is the old quarter so there is some age to the building, but the rooms are remodeled with new bathrooms, furniture, and all other basic amenities. Highly recommend this was perfect
