I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere especially on the decorating of my anniversaries.
A special shout-out to Katrina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, and very professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help truly made my experience memorable. Staff like Katrina are the reason I will definitely return and recommend Grand Hyatt Macau to others.
