Iturup Etorofu Romantic Holidays

Good location, nice beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little run down plus there was no soap in the shower and the TV didn't work. Staff did respond quickly to rectify the situation. The $9.80 charge for my morning latte was a bit off-putting. Resort fee is steep and charged even if you check in late. Probably won't stay there again.

A wonderful experience! Great management, great staff, wonderful location! Walgreens around the corner and the beach is gorgeous.

Los colchones super duros. El aire acondicionado cuando llegamos en 80 grados. Tuve que llamar dos veces para que vinieran a ponerlo en m temperatura. Las toallas una super dura y con olor a cloro El papel higiénico parecia papel periódico. Los valet parking mal encarados menos el señor alejandro muy amable..

We found ants on the room coffee machine tray. They were attracted to some old and very unappealing coffee creamer packets the hotel provides. One housekeeper was extremely rude when we politely asked if they could come back to clean in 30min as we were getting ready to go out. The fitness center of the hotel is extremely outdated, including treadmills without touchscreens. Nor did they have any stretching mats or any area on the floor for any kind of basic yoga/stretching. When I notified the front desk about an issue with one of the machines no one ever came to the gym to assist. Overall, poor service quality at this hotel and quite basic amenities.

Room was nice, staff nice and friendly. Outside, of property was nice as well.. Only, downside was sometimes the Wi-Fi would work. Sometimes it would not.

The restroom windows should have more coverage since it open and you can see the other side of the building a eye level

The rooms were comfy, the bed was comfy and the resort had excellent food and options for dining. I would go back in a heartbeat!!
