This is not an all inclusive resort! You get either 2 or 3 included meals depending on the duration of your stay. You have to personally visit the front desk daily to make dinner reservations, you cannot do it in advance or all at once unless you’re a premium member. They offer a premium option that is needed for literally everything unless you’re okay with no service and rubbing alcohol as alcohol. They serve drinks in poorly washed cups with leftover tajin from the person who last had the cup. The majority of the staff hardly speak or don’t speak English at all, making it very difficult to communicate. To use room service, you have to place your order then go and pay for it at the front desk for room service to prepare your order.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
