Good location - 5 mins walk from the waterfront bars and main touristy bits. Hotel is a little dated but spotlessly clean. Pool and pool bar Best thing was the service levels - staff couldn't do enough for you.

Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!

This is one of the best stays of my life. The local red shanked languars are adorable and made the visit even better. The property is gorgeous and you never need to leave. The check in process is very drawn out and could be improved and the pool hours for food and drink service started really late so the only breakfast options are big sit down breakfasts vs something simpler. Dinner and lunch options are incredible though.

We had an overall pleasant stay and there were many highlights during our visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa experience was exceptional. The spa’s beachfront location allowed us to enjoy the natural sound of the waves while relaxing, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room door occasionally made a loud alarm-like noise when opening or closing, which was inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit was also quite noisy and initially did not cool the room sufficiently, although the maintenance team responded and resolved the issue afterward. Additionally, there was noticeable noise coming from nearby construction or maintenance work next to our room, which affected our ability to rest. We contacted the staff about it, and while the noise eventually stopped, it took some time before the situation was addressed. Despite these issues, the outstanding service from the staff and the excellent spa experience left a positive impression on us. We appreciate the team’s efforts and hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Beautifully maintained resort and friendly staffs

This is one of the best stays of my life. The local red shanked languars are adorable and made the visit even better. The property is gorgeous and you never need to leave. Fabulous hotel, own private beach with bar, swim up bar in pool, lovely chill atmosphere. A little bit out of the old town, but much quieter and only about 3-4 aud for an uber (grab) ride into town. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had a few issues with aircon but was attended to immediately. Would highly recommend.

Quiet retreat to stay while also being within a walking distance from old town and local cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Vietnamese therapy massage in the spa was very relaxing and breakfast delicious with plenty of food choices. The pool is enjoyable after a day out in town.
