「Highway noise is noticeable, even when in the cabin. Poor lighting in the kitchen. Getting on the busy highway can be a challenge when your setting on gravel and you have small ridge to get over. Hosts were great.」

「Beautiful property and extremely clean! Kitchen and additional supplies were well stocked. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. 」

「Outstanding themed hobbit house. It really feels magical with all the details that the owner put into designing the rooms. The space feels like you just immersed yourself into the world of The Hobbit. The kitchen was well equipped... overall rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting. The host was very clear and responsive and timely with any questions we had. Definitely recommend... even if you never watched The Hobbit or are not into the genre... the home is a must see.」

「Very cute quaint cottage. Clean with no concerns. For some reason they did not receive my breakfast order but they put a nice assortment of pastries in the refrigerator. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy some time on the roof-top patio.」
