The staff was extremely helpful they went out of their way to make us comfortable. I wanted to ship my suitcase to the next hotel and the bellhop called the next hotel to make sure it ends up in our hotel room.

Staff: Excellent, helpful, and very polite. Quick checking and check out.
Location: close to everything. Shopping, yatai stall, and train station are within walking distance.
The ROOM: We stayed here for 4 nights and found no storage for our clothes. There are about 7-8 hangers on the wall (No closet) And no drawers. Our clothes remain in our suitcase for all these 4 nights.
Lighting: The room's lighting was hard to control. For us, it was too dark.
But what we liked was the bathroom, with good running hot water.

Room was nice and clean, being able to check-in early was a plus. The bathroom is big for Japan hotel standards, was able to full submerge into the bathtub and relax after a long day of walking. The epsom salt packets were a nice bonus!

This hotel is absolutely perfect!!! It literally has everything you need!!!! 20 out of 10!!!!! It has a whole kitchen so I cooked wagyu beef every single day!!!! Just book it!!!!!
