It’s in a decent Location. But for the money it’s not worth it and the rooms are small. Workers were great though and it was clean.

Loved most of it. Didn't like that we had to pay for the outdoor pool and the prices for all the food services was truly insane. But other than that, it was nice and the employees were my favorite

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Suite needs for remodeling but main builing is excellent. I like the area surrounded by mountains. Excellent hotel to stay.

Excellent services (especially the chief conceirge and his team). Very clean and new. Convenient, walking distance to restaurants and station.

It’s a good place to stay. Largeroom, convenient transport, and many good restaurants around.

Bed comfort limited space. Hot water kettle/instant coffee and coffee cup in the room.

Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The staff speaks very good English and is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and everything in the hotel feels new. Highly recommended, thank you for the wonderful stay!
