Hai Phong Ski Holidays

This is my second time staying with the hotel. It is also the only hotel in Hanoi that I wish to stay at. The staff is excellent, and so friendly. The bed was amazing, and the breakfast is great!

Arrived after through the night flight and welcomed by Mr Jimmi and given info on the hotel, area and shown to our room which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast in the hotel was very nice and offered a good selection of food. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Mr Jimmi then gave us excellent advice on trips and assisted us with the booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our trips and learning of the history and culture of the country. We even tried the cyclo tour of Hanoi which was great fun. We were made to feel so welcome at this hotel and have never experienced such fine customer service at a hotel in any country we have visited. The use of the shower facility prior to departure and storage of our luggage was very much appreciated on our final day. Thank you to all concerned. We will certainly come back for another visit.

Hotel is situated in great location, near by tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping...Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Well located, clean, and comfortable accomodation in the heart of the old quarter.

Nhân viên tuyệt vời. Đặc biệt là các bạn phục vụ trên tầng ăn sáng. C Hannah ở trên đó rất nhiệt tình, nhớ khách và chăm sóc em bé nhà mình. Lần nào quay lại lên đó ăn sáng cũng thấy rất thoải mái, đồ ăn nóng sốt, đa dạng.

The staff here are the absolute BEST, without a doubt. Vivian and Ryan at the front desk are absolute sweethearts, and I truly hope I get to see them the next time I come back to Hanoi. Phương Anh went above and beyond to ensure my breakfasts were always great. They absolutely made my stay here worth it. The room was very clean, though trying to turn off all of the lights was certainly a mission, and there was no hot water on day 1, however this was a one-time issue. Other than that, my stay here was one of the best out of my entire 2 months of traveling!
