The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room was not as clean as I hoped with hair in the sink and shower. The door did not open correctly. We were four and only received one towel, we did receive extra upon request. Beds were not the most comfortable.
The hotel holds several events and during this time guests cannot use exits or make use of the only bar available. I was surprised with the lack of options at the hotel for coffee/snacks and drinks.

The suite we had was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The building location does require driving for restaurants. We were surprised that many places are closed in this current season so food choices were more limited than expected.

KPH Guest Service Center Smile Concierge was a welcome surprise after exiting the Karuizawa Station exit. The persons at the GSCSC were extremely helpful and gave me all sorts of guidance for my stay which proved to be very useful Appreciated the shuttle which runs from KPH GSCSC Karuizawas Station to the Karuizawa Prince Hotel. The hotel was quiet, clean and has a coin laundry which was very convienient.

No where to park
Buffet was not tasty food - okay
Ski staff did not know how to process a Klook voucher - took over an hour for them to figure it out
Service is bare minimum
Towels could have been cleaner
Room was nice sized and heated floors were nice
Food options were OK , not the best
Overall 3.5 stars
Skiing was good and night time skiing and snowboarding good . They give you 2 options ie 4 hours or 6 hours
The staff at the ski shop repair was nice and refused to take our gratuity
Room could have been cleaner . Size was nice .
No washer dryer in condo B , but there is a communal one
To be fair we also came during new year (busy)
