Great views! The hotels and rooms are ready for a refresh! We also gad to pay additional fees to the hotel for our free kid. Would rather stay at the sister hotel at the beach, which was simpler and newer. Also

Close to train, restaurants, main shopping street. Inside hotel is a 7’11. For drinks, coffee, full quality take out and smoothies. The staff was excellent. Very helpful. Clean, bright and spacious.

When you go there it’s clearly for the onsen. Not for sleeping. It’s very loud and the worst comes from the cleaning team. They start early to prepare cleaning and they make a lot of noise by chatting or with plastic bags and banging on the walls while cleaning rooms. I had terrible sleep. One week was way too long. Roof top is closed even if it’s sunny. Roof top bar doesn’t open before 4pm so if you want to have a coffee and work during the day it’s impossible. Not digital nomad friendly.
