I arrived early and was not able to get to my room until 3 pm though I kept asking front desk, I was told the room is being cleaned. I was so tired that I need a quick rest before going out. I was not even informed that the room was ready until I checked again for the 4 th time 10 mins before 3 pm so if you are desperate for a quick rest like me, go somewhere else. This hotel is a bit far from the airport and main attractions. I used Uber and spent $60-75 US dollar just for transportation. I think this hotel is more for business travelers than leisure travelers as I asked for some tours and they do not even have it nor know any travel agency to send me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parts of the facility extremely dated. While the place was not dirty, it could benefit from a deep clean.

Overall room was clean but the bathroom can use some cleaning. Breakfast needs some variations daily, we. Stayed for 6 days. For a 5 star hotel, there should be more amenities like shower cap; hair tie; q tips etc. Overall stay was pleasant.
