已經住過這酒店好幾次了，房間寬敞舒適，員工熱心有禮！很喜歡他們每天送早餐到房間的服務，讓我和家人可以盡情休息，安坐房間餐桌享用豐富的早餐！唯一小建議是希望每天早餐款式可以多變化一點，因我們每次都入住起碼一星期，如果早餐可以再多點款式會更好！整體上我們一家都很滿意蘊泉庄的環境和服務，相信我們會再到訪這裡！

酒店房间很舒服，好几个不同水温温泉，泡温泉很舒服，环境很好，早餐也很丰盛，房间饮料零食都免费。游泳池设施简陋了些。

Room is clean and is in great condition. Close to the night market and is of close and easy walking distance to MRT.

免費停車很好，浴室地板不是很乾淨，淋浴間沒有花灑，其它不錯！

房間設備很舒適，乾淨，輕食餐點，早餐，都很棒，櫃台及房務人員服務佳！

服務人員都非常熱情，能夠專業迅速的解決各種問題，酒店房間設施完善而且乾淨，唯一遺憾一點的是單床房的床不是我所理解的美式酒店單人床，有點小😓。

免費停車很好，浴室地板不是很乾淨，淋浴間沒有花灑，其它不錯！

Good value for great location!

感覺房內設備是有些歲月但盡力維持的住宿.此次住宿210，沒有明顯打掃不乾淨的地方覺得感恩。床跟枕頭都舒適。 冷氣按鍵跟螢幕都模糊不清，位置也很低，要自己用手機手電筒照射才看得清楚。 第一次遇到冰箱有一個專屬的按鈕要按下去才有功能，所以第一天不知道的情況下請櫃檯提供冰塊。也因此發現房門沒有設計外窺，無法確認外面按鈴人是誰，也沒有門內鎖鏈。 兩晚都自己把椅子跟行李架堆放門後才能安心入睡。 最不喜歡的是浴室設計是不完整的乾濕分離. 兩天早餐都算滿意。

房間大，床褥舒服，房間供應飲品充足。淋浴花灑配套很好，水力夠大，TOTO電動座廁很好用。前枱職員親切，在捷運站對面，很方便！下次會再入住。

The room is clean and with style. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the view from the windows very much. The hotel location is within walkable distance from the metro. It's convenient as it's right in Ximen area. However, please take a cab right to the hotel door as I did, if you are carrying a huge luggage like me. The ground floor entrance is old but once you take the lift to the hotel lobby, you will find a cool place. Room facilities are great. Toilet and shower are comfortable. Love the hairdryer and the coffee machine. The TV is in good condition while wifi and netflix are perfectly available. By law, the hotel no longer provides single-use indoor slippers. It would greatly enhance your staying experience if you have your own slippers like me. Last but not least, there is a bunny in the lobby area. Who doesn't love that? Hygiene is definitely not an issue as the lobby is kept clean. Please be gentle around the bunny. If you are lucky, it might be willing to hop closer to you.
