Best stay we’ve had in ages! Quiet rooms, comfy beds with great amenities. The free mini bar was an added bonus! Haven’t slept so well for a long time. Great location and value for money, we will definitely be back

The view was spectacular. Could not get better! We didn’t want to leave it - even to go on our harbour cruise. Rooms were clean and modern and the beds were so comfortable. The Shower in the main bathroom was tiny and there was built up grime around the bottom of the shower door and under the sink benchtop. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, so overall the apartment felt very clean. Concierge was just lovely and could not have been more welcoming and supportive, bringing ice to our room and suggesting places to visit and eat. Spa, sauna and pool were a bonus on our last morning. We were able to cut through the four seasons down to Circular Quay, which was also handy. So close to everything too! We were all so impressed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we did request firmer pillows which didnt happen so we have stiff necks but aside from that it was great. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have experienced.

Traveller from Singapore here. Spent 8 nights at the hotel with my wife earlier last week. We had some hygiene concerns with our initial room as well as some defects at our room toilet. But the front desk staff were helpful and allowed us to change rooms on the very night when we sounded out to them the issues. In summary, the below are some of the pros and cons of staying in this hotel. Pros: 1. Good location 2. Helpful and hospitable hotel staff 3. Has gym and self-service laundry Cons: 1. The rooms at the lower floors are pretty old and lack basic amenities. Not even bottled waters were provided. 2. Breakfast is pretty basic lacking non-processed meat options. Basically its bacon, ham and eggs daily. 3. Heater is not working in my second room, which is an issue for me as its winter. 4. Washing machines and dryers does not have lock function and on one occasion, my clothes were removed prematurely from the dryer. Luckily, the hotel staff helped dry them for free. Overall, my stay is pleasant because of the helpful hotel staff. But the hotel management should look at the above cons I have mentioned and make improvements to them. It will make a huge difference.
