There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were two clean bath towels left each day, replacing two soiled ones. However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. I had expected more since Expedia gave it a 9.4 rating.

Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel.

The Castile is in a good location for walking Paris and exploring local gems. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is good. The room was comfortable and we felt spoiled with all the special touches.

We stayed for two nights during our holiday in Paris. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, handled by the same agent, which was a nice touch. On a rainy day, we even had the chance to do a little photoshoot in the lobby. We couldn’t thank them enough for making our stay truly memorable.
