Staff was super friendly, arrange a pick up taxi the morning we were leaving and loaned us umbrellas. Cleaned the room nicely too.

Large room with great amenities. Customer service and food at resteraunt exceptional

It’s actually a very nice hotel. I was just annoyed that they lied to me when I wanted an early check in at 12:00. I was moving from one hotel 500 meters away, so I should have negotiated it from before checking out at the other. Because arriving with bags announces commitment, and gives them the advantage to squeeze money out of you. They wanted 20,000 per extra hour for the early check at 1pm. I refused so they reduced it to 30,000 for 2 hours. I was so tired I had to accept. But I didn’t feel good about it and would not stay again at a hotel that squeezes dollars out of you.

Superb hotel, wonderful staff all eager to help, breakfast was excellent, the location couldn’t be better as it is right across the street from Nagasaki Station.

A delightful stay at the Marriott. The room was lovely, great variety of food for breakfast, and the staff were super friendly. Will stay there again next time we visit

The staff here are amazing, courteous, helpful and kind. The rooms are spotless. Amazing stay. Will stay here again when I’m the area.
