Friendly and helpful staff. Property seems new and everything was clean and well maintained. Location could be slightly further away from station than most other MONday branches

I think this is newly buit. Everything was brand new. It was very spacious, has two TVs, kitchen and even laundry machine. It was super affordable compared to other hotels.

This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

Amazing place, nice staff, fully stocked rooms with everything you could need. A four person room comfortably fit four people. Will definitely be back.

Very Nice and very friendly

Overall we had an excellent experience at Hotel Chinzanso, which was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan. We found the staff extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path but for us that is a bonus, and travel was easy on the Metro and rail lines. The setting of the garden is especially pleasant, and an oasis from the bustle of a densely populated city.

Room was spacious and quite clean. Check in was quick and all our luggage (including the ones we transferred from Osaka) were delivered to our room within 15 minutes. The view of the Tokyo tower was phenomenal. We can hear people talking as they walked down the hallways, but it was brief and wasn’t too bothersome.

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed in the Grand Japanese room and it was great. Had plenty of space which is rare in Japan. Was also close within a few minutes walking to the train station as well as restaurants. Had a Lawson downstairs and two other supermarkets across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood also. I would highly recommend.
