「I really wanted to like this place, it was in a very convenient location in Manhattan and was the best deal I found by far. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. 「My group and I were pleased with this rental. The property consists of two units side by side. Price is relatively reasonable. The only two slight down sides to it is that not all the bedrooms had a/c window units and secondly that there was a neighbor complaining about loud laughing. (Its hard not to laugh out loud when your group of 12 is on vacation and having a great time) Otherwise everything else was great.
