「I just want to give everybody a heads up on this place. Do not use a third-party app to try and book a stay here. They will refuse your reservation and say it is not valid. They do not have a pool that is working, TVs aren't programmed, and the breakfast is very limited. and half the property is under construction and running under a different name. The hotel concierge was rude and disrespectful, and I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk!」

「I frequently travel between Chicago and Pittsburgh and ALWAYS choose this hotel for my stay! The staff are incredibly kind, the rooms are absolutely clean, the beds/pillows are always crisp and comfortable. Their breakfast choices are delicious and there's fresh coffee all day... 😀 ...and if you have to travel with a dog, they welcome pets too. 😊」

「I love odd places which is what made us go with this hotel, the common area with the pool and playground feels super liminal and gives the feeling of urban exploration without being scary. That being said, the pool area did have an insane amount of roaches. The ice bucket and tray it was on in the room also had mold. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were amazing, no bugs in the room itself and we didn't even try the breakfast with how many bugs we saw the night before around that area....

「Overall good experience for a night with my son for a c9llege visit nearby. Clean and new building. Quiet. There is not much to the breakfast though. Nothing interesting. Just basics.」

「Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」
