“The room was so cute! I loved the retro theme and how they kept many of the original details like the original pink tile in the bathroom and the penny tile on the floor, to the original “do not disturb” slide on the door and the room key on the large keychain with our room number on it. There is even a working phone booth on the premises. The room was clean and smelled like clean laundry! The bed was ultra comfy. This is a must stop if you are in the area!”
“They have a nice pool and hot tub.
They also have a little park area that they have set up with a fire pit and corn hole games.
Just a nice added touch!”
“The hotel adjoins the Mesa University campus. It has an excellent restaurant (Devil's Kitchen) with beautiful views. And it offers easy access to the campus walkways and facilities.”
“This is our fifth stay at this motel. it is family run and like the motels of years ago very traditional in its layout. There’s always a friendly greeting and suggestions as to what to do in the Steamboat Springs area. We just simply find the places to be welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean with plenty of hot water. Every time we’ve stayed here the motel is full by mid evening. It is important you have reservations.”
“Great customer service and location was convenient to shopping, eating or local activities. Easy access to the walking and biking trails around Lake Dillon was a bonus! ”
“I loved this place. Rooms were big and comfy. Onsite dining and bar was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The whole place was wonderful and in the middle of vineyard. Definately coming back.”
“The queen suite was excellent with a separate room and bed for my son, while me and my 2 friends had the other 2 queen beds. There was a full size refrigerator and everything we needed. ”
