“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!”

“AVOID this hotel until Owners spend the money to install safes. We read other reviews that people had their money and personal items stolen but didn’t think it would happen to us. The problem is they do not have the air-conditioning on when you arrive and then when you are at the beach, the staff comes in and a large amount of money was taken from our room which was very disappointing as this was the beginning of our trip. The management of hotel del Sol should invest in safes and implement……

“Struttura dalle grosse potenzialità, esternamente bellissima cin un panorama stupendo ma completamente abbandonata stanze non conformi alle foto che vengono illustrate sul sito camera quadrupla dalla dimensioni ridotte per 4 persone bagno per disabili non richiesto,reception praticamente inesistenti sembrava di entrare in un cantiere, nota positiva il ristorante ottimo sia il cibo che il personale...”

“A small quaint family run hotel a block away from the beach and a few minutes from the Rome airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up to the 2nd floor without being asked. They also provided beach towels and restaurant suggestions which proved to be excellent! The morning breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this hidden gem!”
