「I liked that the staff at the front desk were very professional and accommodating. The employees that handled the daily breakfast/ Were very professional, and maintained a continuous refresh of all breakfast items, long with serving utensils & condiments. What was repulsive, was when a guest allowed his dog to enter the area where the breakfast buffet line was set up, & somewhat roam on an extended leash/ While other guest were trying to plate their breakfast. This was not a service dog/ & the...Joseph

「Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.」William

「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」Michael J

「This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!」Karla

「My husband & I stayed in one of the king bed rooms w/jetted tub for our anniversary. Ended up not making use of the jetted tub but it was clean & looked like it was in great condition. Room was clean & the bed was so comfortable!
We swam a little in the indoor pool which was heated & hung out in one of the two hot tubs for a bit as well. Both were very nice.
There’s a complimentary breakfast buffet which included hot & cold items, lots of options to choose from.
Staff was friendly. Several were...Elisa
