"I work for a Five Diamond Hotel and have worked at Luxury Properties all over North American and I would put this staff up against any of my best colleagues. I am not usually picky about what hotel I stay at in New York as long as it’s clean, when one from my brand isn’t available. But with this staff and the value, you are now my hotel of choice. "

"Booked hotel because it was close to where I could see the fire works for July 4 I liked everything about hotel but which they had robes in room "

"Family friendly area and great location to visit the city and Brooklyn . 20 minutes walk from the promenade with an outstanding view on the city . "

"It was cozy and the bed and comforter were great. The shower did have little hot water."

"Only has virtual check in which wasn’t our favorite. Left my makeup bag at the hotel and it was not turned in meaning someone took it from the hotel. Asked for early check in and an upgrade if possible and neither where honored but had checked online and could’ve booked the same room for 2 nights, so not sure why an early check in wasn’t available. Hotel is very nice but those hiccups were a bit unfortunate."
